The West Virginia Department of Environmental Protection’s Division of Water and Waste Management is holding a public meeting on Aviagen Turkeys, Inc.’s reissuance application for WVR110985 on Tuesday, October 3, 2023 in Union, WV. The reissuance of Registration WVR110985 will authorize Aviagen to complete construction of the project by adding 7.2 acres for a total 22.2 acres to rework the slope behind the completed 275’ x 700’ pad and construct a road to provide access between this project and Site 31 INF-2022-0003.
