Overview
The UST Tank Certificate list provides information on the facilities that have been issued a UST tank certificate that is valid during the state fiscal year (July 1 - June 30).
UST tank certificates indicate a facility’s compliance with the UST Fee Assessments (33 C.S.R. 31), notification requirements (33 C.S.R. 30 §4); and capitalization fee requirements (33 C.S.R. 32 §5).
This list does not address or relieve the requirement of product deliverers verifying Financial Responsibility (insurance) prior to delivering fuel. Furthermore, note that if a Delivery Prohibition Tag is affixed to the UST, the fuel deliverer is prohibited from placing fuel in the tank.
