Water Withdrawal Guidance Tool

StreamWVDEP has developed guidance and a tool to help individuals know when it is environmentally safe to withdraw water from a stream.  The guidance is based on percentages of mean annual flow, based on a 10-year period that afford an appropriate flow to protect the aquatic habitat.
