*DRAFT* Natural Gas Facility Class II General Permit G35-C

The requirements and conditions of this general permit address the prevention and control of regulated air pollutants from eligible natural gas compressor and/or dehydration facilities. The G35-C General Permit benefits the natural gas industry by incorporating all applicable air quality regulations for natural gas compressor and/or dehydration facilities into a single general permit.

Once General Permit G35-C is issued, General Permits G30-D and G35-A will continue to exist. However, there will be no future registrations, modifications or administrative updates allowed to registrations issued under these permits. If a registrant wishes to modify an existing registration under General Permits G30-D or G35-A it must be done so under General Permit G35-C.

The requirements and conditions of this general permit address the prevention and control of regulated air pollutants from eligible natural gas production facilities.

Once General Permit G70-B is issued, General Permit G70-A will continue to exist. However, there will be no future registrations, modifications or administrative updates allowed to registrations issued under this permit. If a registrant wishes to modify an existing registration under General Permits G70-A it must be done so under General Permit G70-B.
Public comment period ends at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday, August 26, 2015, instead of August 24.
