CHARLESTON, W.Va. – The West Virginia Department of Environmental Protection is announcing its latest venture into social media. The Human Resources section of DEP’s Business and Technology Office has a new Facebook Page – WV DEP HR.
The WV DEP HR page will be used to share job opportunities for job seekers within the agency and those outside DEP. In addition to job opportunities, the agency will use the page to provide information on employee benefits, payroll, training and staff development and many other topics.
In addition to the new WV DEP HR Facebook page, DEP has three other program-specific pages. The Adopt A Highway, West Virginia Project WET, West Virginia NonPoint Source and Youth Environmental Program pages are great sources for news on each of those programs.
